Service Description

*Three or more in-person training sessions per week, prioritizing hands-on guidance and real-time feedback during your workouts. *Focus is placed on maximizing in-person coaching rather than independent sessions, allowing for: -Personalized adjustments to form and technique. -Ongoing, immediate support to refine your movements and training strategy. -Building confidence and skill directly under my supervision. *Customized training program updated every 3-4 weeks, featuring 2-4 unique workouts designed to match your specific goals, experience level, and schedule. *Delivered through my app, the program includes detailed video demonstrations of every exercise, progress-tracking tools to monitor improvements over time and other resources to enhance your training experience. *I monitor your progress and assist with issues that arise whether its load management or when illness or scheduling becomes an issue. This option is ideal for those who prefer a coaching experience centered around in-person support, with less emphasis on training independently. Program design and nutrition coaching is included with this service.
