Service Description

*One in-person training session per week. *Customized training program updated every 3-4 weeks, featuring 2-4 unique workouts designed to match your specific goals, experience level, and schedule. *Delivered through my app, the program includes detailed video demonstrations of every exercise, progress-tracking tools to monitor improvements over time and other resources to enhance your training experience. *At the start of each program, you’ll receive a screen-recorded video where I walk you through the plan step-by-step to ensure you feel confident and prepared. *I monitor your progress and assist with issues that arise whether its load management or when illness or scheduling becomes an issue. *You can send me unlimited questions through the app and share videos for form and technique review. This option is ideal for clients who are comfortable training on their own but want the extra support and accountability of regular check-ins. The higher per-session cost reflects the comprehensive online support provided between sessions. Program design is included with this service.
