Service Description
Share a training plan with a partner. You and your partner must have a similar amount of training experience and no major injury/limitation. Train with guidance and support so you get the most out of every training session. You'll be able to schedule recurring sessions to make sure you can train consistently toward your goals. You receive access to my app that delivers your custom program with video demonstrations, progress tracking, rest timers, and more.
