Service Description

Get expert coaching and a personalized training plan designed specifically for your goals, training history, lifestyle, and physical limitations. Whether your goal is building muscle, improving athletic performance, increasing strength, improving body composition, or returning to training after time away, your program will be built around your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all template. Every 3-4 weeks, you’ll receive an updated training program delivered through my coaching app. Each program includes exercise demonstrations, progress tracking, and detailed instructions to ensure you know exactly what to do and why you’re doing it. Along with your program, you’ll receive a personalized video review where I’ll walk you through the training block, explain key progressions, and outline what we’re working toward over the coming weeks. Every 12-16 weeks, we’ll meet for a coaching consultation to review your progress, discuss upcoming goals, address any challenges, and make sure your training continues moving in the right direction. Need help with technique or exercise execution? You can send training videos and questions through the app at any time. I’ll provide feedback, coaching, and adjustments as needed to keep you progressing safely and effectively. This service is best suited for individuals who are comfortable training independently and have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped private facility. Additional in-person or virtual coaching sessions are available separately for those who would like more hands-on instruction.
