In addition to personalized training, you’ll receive ongoing nutrition coaching tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Rather than rigid meal plans, the focus is on building sustainable habits, improving food quality, managing calorie intake when appropriate, and creating a nutrition strategy you can maintain long term. We’ll meet monthly to review progress, refine your strategy, and ensure your training, nutrition, and recovery are aligned with your goals. Premium Coaching includes everything in the Online Coaching plan, plus individualized nutrition guidance, regular nutrition reviews, and additional accountability to help ensure your training and nutrition are working together toward your goals.
