Service Description
This monthly plan is designed to help you take your training to the next level with a scientifically backed, personalized strength plan you can follow on your own. Every 3-4 weeks, you’ll get a fresh, customized program that fits your unique goals, experience level, and any injuries or limitations. Since the training requires access to a variety of equipment, it’s best suited for those with access to a commercial gym or a well-stocked boutique gym. Each new program will come with a personalized video where I’ll walk you through the details—explaining the exercises, progressions, and how to make the most of it. You’ll access everything through my app—complete with video demonstrations, quick how-to tutorials, progress tracking, and more. Got questions about your form or technique? No problem. You can send unlimited questions and short videos via our private messenger for feedback. If you ever want extra guidance, you can easily add on an in-person or virtual coaching session.
